The journey along the Sea of Cortez midriff continues as the guys head further south, fishing the enchanted islands off Baja for grouper, marlin, and yellowtail. Taking advantage of a bait opportunity and a tip from a local legend, the guys quickly upgrade their bite.

“I’ve always dreamed of having a mothership operation for fishing, and this may be as close as we get, but it sure was nice”, said Ali Hussainy of Local Knowledge.  “Using a friend’s yacht as a home base while exploring further south down Baja’s rugged coast was an amazing experience.”

The boys spend more time plugging the coast for grouper and a variety of Baja’s fish species.
